Michael Gross has more than 20 years of experience in every facet of the real estate industry. He makes use of his vast experience in the real estate industry to provide exceptional service as a Real Estate Advisor and Mortgage Consultant.
Michael began his professional career in the floor covering industry in 1983 where he quickly developed the company into a full service interior decoration firm. He continued taking on new projects until becoming a general contractor in 1988.
Never content, in 1988 he earned his license as a realtor. Eventually, Michael launched his own appraisal company and became known for quality appraisals and for work that always adhered to the highest professional standards. He has been a consultant for large companies such as Countrywide Mortgage, State Farm Insurance, Land America, Premis, and eAppraiser.net.
He has published articles on ethics and morality in real estate. In late 2008 Michael was featured in a television interview about the credit crisis and was a business advisor to the board of the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association.
Michael is the author of Strategy Sessions real estate blog, The Small Commercial Expert (.com) blog and the Mortgage Answer Guy (.com) blog.
In 2002 Michael entered the mortgage industry as a loan officer. Eventually he started his own mortgage brokerage. He merged his firm with a much larger organization and now has the flexibility need to leverage all of this experience to assist people with their home and small commercial financing needs.
